If your Pretty Savage Jewellery isn’t up to our sparkling standards, don’t stress! Just email us at prettysavagejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll make it right, no questions asked! ✨

Change of Mind? No Problem! 💭

Not loving the design? Picked the wrong size? It happens! Here’s what to do:

  1. Contact us to arrange a return.

  2. Make sure the item is unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with its original packaging.

  3. Ship it to: 1 Nelson Villas, Southwick Road, Fareham, PO176JW.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund faster than you can say “Pretty Savage”! (Well, almost—give us a little time to inspect it.)

30-Day Return Policy

You’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and all the info you’ll need. Just remember, items sent back without approval can’t be accepted. 💌

Love it but need something else? The quickest way to swap an item is to return what you have and place a new order for your desired piece. Easy peasy! 😍


Refunds 💰

Here’s how it works:

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to your original payment method within 12 business days.

Heads up! Sometimes banks or credit card companies take a little longer to process refunds. If it’s been over 15 business days since we approved your return, let us know at prettysavagejewellery@gmail.com. 🖤
